Farting on campus: The new WMD

Apparently farting is now a punishable offense.

Student is suspended for...., that's right, ripping one.

"So after arriving and talking to the asst. principal it turns out my son is suspended on Monday due to…. flatulence. Yes, he farted and is now suspended. WTF.

Ok, it really happened like this: After changing out for P.E. he and his buddies are leaving the locker room, one of his friends stoops down to tie his shoe and my son swooped in and cracked one near his face… I’m still laughing at this… Apparently a sub teacher saw it and claimed the other kid ran out of the room humiliated.

In fact he took about 3 steps back and was laughing with his friends… This was last period of the day so no loss there. But really a full day suspension on Monday????

Needless to say, I called the District and you could tell he was trying not to laugh but said that we need to follow the appeal process and meet with the principal.

BTW, the other kid carpools with my son and got a ride home with my wife that day, they were playing Xbox that afternoon and night and they’re on the same AAU basketball team. We spoke with his mom and she’s shocked and will speak to the principal if necessary, she sees it for what it is, a kids joke on another."

And this is what a no-tolerance policy tastes like. LAME.

Correct way to arrest a terrorist

Read before watching video!

Check out how the Spanish Police handle things. If this had happened in Canada , the U.S., Britain or Ireland the cops would likely all be suspended and fired. And, the terrorist would get a new motorcycle, $500,000 compensation; an apology from the Prime Minister or the President and his family would be brought over from his country of origin.

This incident took place in Spain . Apparently the Spanish police agreed to placate a 'bank hostage' situation by allowing the radical to 'escape.' First, he was allowed to walk out of the bank in the company of two hostages. The police then provided him with a motorcycle and totally free, uninhibited access to the motorcycle. Then, leaving the hostages behind, he was permitted to ride away down a clear roadway to make his 'escape.'

This whole incident - shown on television complete with news reporting in English, can be seen in this 55-second video clip. The concluding few seconds of the video show the result of the Spanish police planning.

Finally…. Real justice. We forgot to itemize the cost of a public defender, court time and cost then the cost of incarceration to the bill!

Olberman out....Jack Donaghy in?

Read this.... made me laugh.

Thought you all would enjoy:

Alec Baldwin might replace Keith Olberman on MSNBC

Keith Olberman is a prissy little dandy who divided his time on MSNBC between self indulgent temper tantrums and sniveling at the boot of those in power, and it was in this spirit that he left his cushy job on Friday, a job that was paying him 7 million dollars a year in exchange for getting his ass handed to him in the ratings.

One reason he reportedly left was money. He felt underpaid, and probably thinks MSNBC will come crawling back now that he’s flexed his might and shown how irreplaceable he is.

MSNBC is looking to find a new marquee star for its growing brand, and sources tell me their ultimate wish list is topped by none other than Alec Baldwin.
“He’s already part of the NBC family, has a huge fan base and is very respected for his long term passions for politics,” a network source tells me, adding that Alec is very high, perhaps even No. 1, on the wish lists of MSNBC bigwigs.

Even people who don’t agree with Baldwins politics (like me) freely admit he’s smart, funny, and charismatic as all hell, so suffice to say this would be a massive upgrade over that nerdy doofus Olberman. Olberman could have a story about the antidote for the jar of poison I just drank and I’d still just watch Pawn Stars and hope for the best.

The blame game is fun!

The mainstream media blamed Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Republicans in general for the Arizona shooting without any evidence backing their allegations. Turns out Loughner was an atheist, registered independent who attended flag burning rallies and read books on Marxism. Doesn't sound like any Republicans I know but if we are going to blame the Republicans for him, does that mean we can blame the left for Charles Manson and what his "family" carried out? He was quoted as saying "Your water’s dying. Your life’s in that cup. Your trees are dying. Your wildlife’s locked up in zoos. You’re in the zoo, Man. How do you feel about it?" That sounds like an tree hugger to me... Can't wait to see Chris Matthews and Nancy Pelosi try and defend themselves....

One of these things is not like the other....

Teacher Suspended After Second-Graders Perform Sex Acts in Class

Outraged parents in Oakland, Calif., are demanding answers after learning that a pair of second-graders performed sex acts on each other in an elementary school classroom while a teacher was present...

..."According to the allegation, the first incident involved several students who undressed, at least partially, while acting disruptively in the classroom," the letter read, according to KRON. "The second incident concerned two students who engaged in sexually explicit behavior, also in the classroom."

I see the killing but...Where's the honor?

Too Westernized? He's such a hypocrite, I mean it's not like he ran her over with a camel...

Via Arizona Daily Star PHOENIX - A homicide case that drew attention to so-called "honor killings" moves into the trial phase this month for an Iraqi immigrant accused of killing his daughter because he believed she was too Westernized.

The woman, who longed to live a normal American life, was in a coma for two weeks before she died. The incident drew outrage from people nationwide.

GM accidently tells the truth

via Big Government There was a time when Chevy built cars and trucks. The Corvette and Camaro were legendary sports cars, and the Impala offered full size comfort a middle class price. But that was before Change came to town. The brand that used to compare itself to Baseball, Hot-Dogs, and Apple Pie is no longer content to just make reliable vehicles, it is now as green as a wheatgrass and algae smoothie.

For instance, in the following commercial: Chevy isn’t just building cars anymore, it’s “investing” in windmills, and planting trees.

This is the kind of business model that you get when Leftists take over. Before 2008, GM just tried to make cars that people would buy, for a little more money than they cost to build. Now, they have to plant a forest.

It’s for reasons like this that General Motors is never expected to fully pay back the bailout money. According to the Congressional Oversight Panel, Taxpayers will lose about 19 billion dollars on the General Motors bailout.

That’s a lot of green. You can’t really blame General Motors. When you have an extra 19 billion to play with, why not plant windmills and trees? It seems like the corporate suites, are working on a bigger Buzz than the one they hired to do the voice-over. A more rational voice might ask about the forest that had to be cut down to print all that money.

The biggest problem is that America is broke. We don’t have enough cash to pay for daily operations, much less for the Chevrolet National Park. So who’s going to pay for it all? General Motors gives us a clue at about 45 seconds into the ad:

“Because a true conservationist knows that the world is not given to us by our fathers and mothers, it is borrowed from our children.”

A strange world indeed, where car salesmen tell the truth.

From the archives: Tears of a Clown

I am disgusted.

When something like the Arizona shootings happens. we need to stop, take stock in our values, respect the dead, comfort their families, honor those that helped and reaffirm our great nation and the value we have for our citizens.

Tonight's so-called memorial was nothing but a parade of self congratulating bureaucrats kissing each others asses, offering pre-written condolences, and hollow words. Rather than speak from the heart and offer comfort to the families, it was yet another "ME" rally with screams and applause. When we the last time you went to memorial and people screamed, hooted, whistled and applauded? What the HELL is wrong with our leadership?

They read form the bible, readings by the same people that demand we remove the 10 commandments from our courts and schools. Classic hypocrisy. I only wish this had been a sincere reading, true belief, faith and wouldn't it have been better to have a priest deliver the readings and blessings and "Lord forbid" an actual prayer for the dead, wounded and their families. Sadly no, it was a token outreach, a hollow gesture with a nice shiny varnish....oh and lots of hooting, hollering and self indulgence.

Rather than a self promoting lineup of government tools, shouldn't have this been 100% about the people that died, those that were injured and the police, paramedics, firefighters, doctors, nurses, and people that helped save them?

True that they honored the man that helped Giffords, the man and woman that stopped the
shooter from continuing his tirade. Yet that was a scant amount of time compared to the rest that was set aside for self-congratulation and grand standing. What an embarrassment to our nation. George Bush may not have been the most eloquent speaker but I ASSURE you that his words would have been filled with sincerity, honor and dignity to the fallen and their families.

Oh but lo and behold, after Obama The Great One visited her, she opened her eyes for the first time. I don't think her husband agreed to him sharing that more so that he agreed to let him take credit for it. SICK Sick sick. HOW can this man, our president, speak about the death of a 9 year old, shot down, without so much as a choke up or tear. Oh that's right, he was so focused on how regal he looked, he forgot that this was somebody's little girl.

I am simply ashamed by all of this. This is not how my nation respects and mourns their loved ones, this is NOT how my president behaves, this is not how we honor loss and sacrifice.

Finger Pointing: the ultimate fail

Suddenly the Media is Concerned About Tone

Via Redstate
Posted by Erick Erickson Last night on John King USA I tried very hard to keep my blood from boiling. Cornell Belcher, a very good guy, tried to claim that the right’s history of rhetoric is worse than the left’s.

I’ll meet you half way on that, just for the sake of argument, and say the left and right can at times be equally vile, but only for the sake of argument. But really, maybe the right’s history of rhetoric is greater if only because the left goes beyond rhetoric to outright violence.

And that’s the jumping off point here for the media. Because suddenly the media wants to talk about changing the political tone in this country — a tone the media itself has helped contribute to with its selective sensationalizing of subjects.

When Kos gloated over the deaths of Americans in Fallujah, the media wasn’t interested in changing the tone. When groups showed up outside Karl Rove’s house to protest, the media was not interested in changing the tone.

When SEIU protestors showed up on the front porch of a Bank of America Executive’s house, the media was not interested in changing the tone. When leftists attacked a military recruiting office, the media was not interested in changing the tone.

When arsonists burned down Sarah Palin’s church, the media was not interested in changing the tone. When rioters tried to burn down Seattle during a free trade summit, the media was not interested in changing the tone.

But when Jared Loughner, a mentally unstable Karl Marx reading registered independent whose friends described him as a leftist, guns down a Bush appointed federal judge and tries to take out a Congresswoman, suddenly the media is interested in changing the tone, but only because the tea party movement had something or other to do with something that didn’t have anything to do with Jared Loughner.

Oh yeah, the tea party movement won in November. That’s why we suddenly have to change the tone.

Robert Gibbs: the king of peasants

Government Disconnect? Obama Pities Gibbs for His ‘Modest’ $172,200 Gov’t Salary

Via The Blaze Maybe in Obamaland Robert Gibbs’s $172,200 salary isn’t that much. But the comments by President Obama yesterday thanking Robert Gibbs for sacrificing so much these last two years and making so little has many scratching their heads wondering if the president is disconnected from the people.

The president’s comments came in a telephone interview with the New York Times on Wednesday after Gibbs announced he was resigning as Press Secretary:

“We’ve been on this ride together since I won my Senate primary in 2004,” Mr. Obama said. “He’s had a six-year stretch now where basically he’s been going 24/7 with relatively modest pay. I think it’s natural for someone like Robert to want to step back for a second to reflect, retool and that, as a consequence, brings about both challenges and opportunities for the White House.”

The comment has drawn fire from both sides of the aisle. The Atlantic’s James Warren wonders if the president is suffering from “tone deafness.” Gibbs, Warren points out, “earns $172,200 in a nation where the average family income hovers around $55,000, unemployment is high, record foreclosures persist and wages for most folks are at best stagnant.” And by exiting the White House and entering the lucrative speaking circuit, Gibbs is joining a “world in which a one-hour appearance can bring more than many Americans earn in a year, with the elite in the roughly $50,000 to $75,000 range.”

“[A] former Chicago community organizer might have edited himself just a bit better in suggesting that a loyal lieutenant is a portrait in financial sacrifice,” Warren writes.

Immigration Reform - in 7 easy steps

Our great grandfathers, grandfathers, fathers, brothers and sisters watched as their friends died in the Civil War, WWI, WW II, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere. Every one of them died defending the U.S. flag.

In Texas , a student raised a Mexican flag on a school flag pole; another student took it down. Guess who was expelled...the kid who took it down. Kids in high school in California were sent home this year on Cinco de Mayo because they wore T-shirts with the American flag printed on them.

I'm standing up because the hundreds of thousands who came here legally and helped make this a great country, those that have died fighting for our freedom, and for the U.S. flag and all it stands for and shame on anyone who tries to make this out to be a racist message. Hear me now or hear me later.

Now I can hear many of you already. Just because I make these statements does not mean I'm against immigration. Hell, many of our parents and grandparents, including mine, were immigrants. They came here legally, longed to become Americans and made great sacrifices to be part of the people that built the US up to a great nation. They were welcome then and I welcome any others here in our country....LEGALLY

1. Get a sponsor. Our parents and grandparents did it and it worked wonders!

2. Get a place to lay your head. Even our worst places are probably better than where you came from so stop complaining that we owe you a roof over your head and for Pete’s sake stop doing your bodily business in our parks and public areas.

3. Get a job! This is a prerequisite to living in a free country, the requirement that you contribute your creative mind, labor, talents or whatever God gave you to make a success of yourself.

4. Live by OUR rules. One more requirement for living in a free country is to accept those rules as if they were your own, THEY ARE NOW. You came here because you liked our way of life better than where you were born so adopt & adapt and live by the rules that enticed you to suffer whatever inconveniences you had to in order to get here in the first damned place.

5. Pay your Taxes. We all dislike it and most of us feel it is too much to begin with but we do so to support the health of our free nation. We hope we never have to rely on this money and we accept and are proud to help the elderly, disabled and poor. Those poor by circumstances, our taxes are there to pull you up but not carry you. Those poor by choice, well chump, you chose it, live it and love it. No free lunch for me, no free lunch for you.

6. Learn the language like successful immigrants have in the past. Look how many of those have gone on to become professionals, inventors and investors, leaders of business, business owners, educators, millionaires, hell even billionaires. If you're one of those that think printing things in your language is helpful, think again. The immigrants who learn English go on to become whatever they want and live the American Dream. Those that do not are held in a tight circle relegated to the jobs where they can converse in their own language and exist on whatever work is available. The less English you know the more guaranteed you will be to live on a lowly job where you can be held down and controlled. Those bleeding hearts and government hucksters aren't looking so nice now are they?

Think of it like war. Imagine if you wanted to control a group of people, what would you do regarding language? RIIIIGHT, you would use code and every imaginable measure to prevent them from learning your language. See any correlation here?

7. Please don't demand that we hand over our hard earned and paid tax dollars, disability or social security savings to you.
If you contributed your fair share, you are welcome to it when the time comes like all other Americans. If you did not, we owe you nothing….see point #3

We have an inexperienced fool in the white house and it is the fault of a gullible public.

How the HELL does a junior senator from Chicago, unknown on the political scene and apparently in many cases in his life suddenly rocket to the top, cheers and applause, praised and loved by all?

Given a full and free pass. The media was NOT to speak ill of him, was NOT to question his religious beliefs, was NOT to question his alleged time at Columbia, was NOT allowed to inquire as to how this community organizer suddenly became president with little to no ties like the rest of them had. If they ONCE called him on something, they were shutdown and chanted at and accused of being racists for asking simple questions. Birth certificate DON'T ASK, talk about his education as a muslim in India, HOW DARE YOU!

Bill Ayers an admitted and unapologetic terrorist Reverend Wright, one of the most racist people I have had the displeasure of seeing, ACORN, well that was a right wing conspiracy to take innocent people down. REALLY?!?!?!? These people were CROOKS! Ask about Obama's affiliation with ANY of the above and it is all washed away and dismissed. He did not know Bill Ayers. He did not believe in Rev. Wright's racist message. (AFTER 20 YEARS!?!??!) Puuuulease if anyone was found to be going to Klan meetings for 20 years how successful would they be at dismissing that overnight and being elected president? Hugging Hugo Chavez a known America Hater. Disgracing the Royal Family with his trite and thoughtless gifts. She gave him an incredible thoughtful piece of history marking our allegiance and he gave her throw away technology. What a low class idiot.

Probably the worst was his tour to apologize for America.

We give more aid in medicine, human work, our lives and money to the rest of the world to help lift them out of despair, poverty and suffering. When the Tsunami hit Sumatra the America PEOPLE (not just govt) but individual people gave millions of their hard earned money. Haiti? Same thing again and again. Africa, TONS of aid in medicine, food, money et al. East Germany HELLOOOoooo remember the Berlin Wall ya dopes????!!?! Freeing the world from Nazi tyranny. Fighting for Korea and dying for their peace Rescuing Kuwait from being raided of their resources Freeing the Iraqi people from a dictator. Keeping peace in Pakistan, India and numerous other countries.

What the HELL do we have to apologize for? How about this, we take 1 year and keep all of our money, remove our military from non-US interests and take all those savings and take care of our own elderly, sick, disabled, single moms and how about honoring our veterans with care and resources to get back on their feet and lead successful happy lives for their sacrifice and commitment to our freedom and way of life?

ONE YEAR, just ONE YEAR and we'll see who that bad guys are and we'll see how much America has to apologize for.

I heart NYC(ommies)

This is fantastic. I'm excited to see people trying to bring communism to America, I mean seriously why didn't we think of this sooner. I hear it was a raging success in the USSR.

Rule number one in social movements: never, never use history as your guide.
