Forget about that joint stuff, did he really just say: "California voters did an an extraordinary job" ???
Okay, so maybe he was talking about propositions, but the words 'California', 'voter' and 'extraordinary' should never be used in the same sentence, at least not as long as Jerry Brown is in office, and as I can imagine, likely not anytime in the next decade.
